Shipping & Delivery
When you place an order with ARIID Home & Furniture, our goal is to get your purchase to you as safely and efficiently as possible. We apply one of two shipping classifications to our products based on size and delivery requirements.
Standard Shipping — Smaller Items
Smaller items such as pillows, plates, candles, and decor are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. In-stock items are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days. Items in an order may ship separately, resulting in multiple shipments. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.
- Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping on all bedding, throws, pillows, and decor.
- Rug Shipping: A flat rate of $99.00 per order applies to all rugs.
- Delivery Limitations: We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
- Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are non-refundable.
White Glove Delivery — Furniture & Large Items
Larger items — tables, chairs, sofas, and statement pieces — are delivered via freight carriers with White Glove service. In-stock furniture orders are processed and delivered within 2–6 weeks. Many furniture pieces carry longer lead times due to customization or manufacturer production schedules. We will notify you of estimated delivery dates as soon as they are confirmed.
- White Glove Delivery: Full in-home delivery, placement, and removal of all packaging.
- Delivery Window: 2–3 weeks from ship date, depending on location.
- White Glove Fee: A flat fee of $199 per order, payable at checkout.
- Delivery Limitations: White Glove Delivery is not available in Alaska or Hawaii.
- Delivery Fees: White Glove delivery fees are non-refundable.
Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order and custom pieces ship within 10–12 weeks from the date of purchase. All made-to-order items are delivered via White Glove Delivery. All shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Order Statuses
When you place an order, one or more of the following statuses may be applied during processing. You will receive an automatic email notification each time your order status changes. For questions, please contact us at orders@ariidhome.com. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response.
- Awaiting Fulfillment: We have received your order and it is in our processing queue.
- Fulfilled: Your order has been fulfilled and is awaiting collection by the shipping carrier.
- Awaiting Arrival: Your order has been fulfilled but we are awaiting the item’s arrival at our warehouse. This applies to incoming, back-ordered, or custom items.
- Partially Shipped: Part of your order has shipped. You will receive additional notifications for subsequent shipments.
- Shipped: Your full order has been collected by the carrier and is on its way. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to populate.
- Canceled: Your order has been canceled at your request or ours.
- Refunded: Your order has been fully refunded.
- Partially Refunded: Part of your order has been refunded.
Exceptions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs. Additional restrictions may apply outside the contiguous United States. For larger items, only one delivery attempt is included. If you are unavailable at your confirmed delivery time, a re-delivery fee will apply and must be paid before a second delivery attempt is scheduled.
